Dear Friends, 

We are only a short time away from uniting our voices in Frankfort.  We are so excited to be a part of the momentum seeking a safer Kentucky with you. Your presence in Frankfort is vital.  We are the drumbeat that our lawmakers can not ignore. 

Meeting: We will meet inside the Capitol rotunda at 11:00am-11:30am.  

To walk from parking and to go through security should take about 10 minutes, arrive in Frankfort by 10:40am. 

Directions: 700 Capital Ave, Frankfort, KY 40601 in your GPS will bring you to the Capitol rotunda. 

Parking: There is ample parking on the Capitol grounds. Follow signs for Capitol annex parking just behind the capitol annex building. There is also a structured parking lot in the back/left of the Capitol. Everything is well marked so you shouldn’t have trouble finding a spot. 

Identification: Please bring a government issued photo ID. Upon entrance you will show ID and go through security, it only takes a minute or two.  

What to wear: Please wear whatever makes you comfortable and if possible, a WHITE SHIRT. We will be inside.

What to bring: ID, friends and family, sign, you may bring a purse/bag no clear requirements.

Signage: If you would like to make a sign, we can be uniform in 8 x 10 size with messages like: 

• I am a Voter for Firearm Safety

• I am a Voice for a Safer Kentucky

• Do your Job to end gun tragedies in Kentucky

• I represent the MAJORITY of Kentuckians   

What to expect: One of the largest gatherings in Kentucky history demanding firearm safety.  You will be with over 100 fellow Kentuckians! This is an impressive and important demonstration of our power to ask Lawmakers to do their job to end gun tragedies in our State. 

We will gather in the rotunda, have 30 minutes of prepared remarks and for those interested, we have requested meetings with several Lawmakers to hear from them directly. Details on those meetings to follow.
